We aim to deliver your custom closet design rendering within 48 hours of receiving all required information. This ensures we have enough time to thoughtfully create a design tailored to your needs.
To begin, we’ll need:
• Accurate measurements of your space (width, height, and depth).
• Photos of the existing space (optional but helpful).
• A list of your storage needs (e.g., hanging space, drawers, shelving, etc.).
• Your design preferences, such as colors, materials, and finishes.
Providing complete and accurate details helps us create a design that truly reflects your vision.
We’re happy to make revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. After you receive your initial rendering, you may request up to two rounds of revisions free of charge. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
What Items are Returnable?
All returns for wardrobe must be received within 14 days of the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip) Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 5 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit via email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Shipping is non-refundable
Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store credits will never expire!
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) photograph the damages and email to info@exclusivelyyoursbyje.com within 7 days of arrival.
Exchange: Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock. Don't see an item that you would like to exchange? We will still offer store credit for you to use for a future order! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before shipping out.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and free of odor. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
What are my refund options?
You can choose to receive store credit (never expires!) for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
When will I receive my refund?
For store credit and gift card refunds, we’ll credit your account within 2 business days once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s).
For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Are your item damaged or missing parts? Return shipping for damaged or defective items is FREE — just pick your preferred resolution:

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 15 days of the delivery date.
Received the Wrong Item
If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, we want to get the correct item to you as fast as possible.

2) Subject Line “Not what I ordered”
3) Choose: your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
4) We’ll provide return instructions
We’ll also send this info to the supplier so don’t receive the wrong item again! Be sure to complete this process within 15 days of the delivery date.
Return Policy
You can return items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in NEW condition in the original packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
Clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
Items you have already assembled
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on the location of the return.
For items delivered via UPS or FedEx: Print the shipping label from your return confirmation email and bring the package to a nearby drop-off location.
For large, heavy, or fragile items delivered via special carrier: Follow the same steps above, but instead of printing a shipping label, we’ll coordinate for the carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel any order before it ships from My Orders. However, once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return or exchange ahead of time, and then send the item back once it arrives. Please note, return shipping costs will apply!
Canceling a Return
Already filled out the return form but changed your mind? Don’t worry! As long you still have the item in your possession, you can easily cancel the return from My Orders.
Canceling a Handy or Home Service
Assembly or installation services can be rescheduled for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Fees may apply for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time.
