What Items are Returnable? • All returns for wardrobe must be received within 14 days of the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip) Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 5 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit via email confirmation once your return has been processed. • Shipping is non-refundable • Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned. We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store credits will never expire! • PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) photograph the damages and email to info@exclusivelyyoursbyje.com within 7 days of arrival. Exchange: Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock. Don't see an item that you would like to exchange? We will still offer store credit for you to use for a future order! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before shipping out. • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and free of odor. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached. • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

What are my refund options? You can choose to receive store credit (never expires!) for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. When will I receive my refund? For store credit and gift card refunds, we’ll credit your account within 2 business days once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days. For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items Are your item damaged or missing parts?
